• Profile information for users, vendors, and agents, including business name, business details, service categories, service descriptions, and uploaded images.
• Booking information, such as selected service, vendor, booking date and time, address, booking status, service completion details, ratings, and reviews.
• Location or address information provided by users or vendors to enable local service discovery and booking fulfillment.
• Device and app information, such as app version, device type, operating system, notification status, and basic diagnostic information.
• Support communications and feedback that you send to us.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create, verify, and manage user, vendor, and agent accounts.
• Enable service search, booking, scheduling, status updates, and customer support.
• Show vendor services, profiles, broadcasts, updates, and availability to users.
• Share booking information between users and vendors so services can be completed.

• With vendors, when a user creates a booking, so the vendor can contact the user and fulfill the service.
• With users, when vendor profile, service, rating, location, or contact details are needed to evaluate or complete a booking.
• With agents or internal team members where needed for onboarding, support, or service operations.
• With service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, notifications, analytics, customer support, and security.

4. Payments

If payment features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet or mobile app service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve safety and reliability. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
